|   | People have asked me every question under the sun about my experiences on the journey. But I wonder what other people thought as they drove by a familiar field in the night, and caught a glimpse of my softly glowing tent: |

|   | I am trying to make a habit of going out to look at the stars each night before I go to sleep, especially on clear nights. Tonight is frost-on-the-tent clear, and Orion gazes down brightly at my evening rituals. I walked some ways from my tent, to see what it looks like tucked in the corner of a field lit only by a candle. It is just a faint glowing redness on the side of the field, much less conspicuous than I had thought. I love the sight of it tucked in the corner of some field, or slightly hidden by trees in a forest, glowing the warmth of home in the anonymous traveling night. |
