| This past weekend Gregory, Jaed, and I climbed the South Sister. We hiked to Indian River Falls, climbed above the falls, and gained the Arrowhead-Sisters ridge. We camped on a knob overlooking the Sisters-Clarence Kramer drainage. Gregory and Jaed summited Saturday afternoon, but I had to sleep on it a night before I had the resolve to make it to the summit. There was potential for a long fall on the final approach to the summit. |
